Our Return Policy

You can return any online purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Return costs are at your own expense. We offer multiple carriers with a low return rate of €4,50 for residents in Benelux and €10,00 for residents in Ireland. This rate only aply on returns through our return portal. Labels are purchased through the portal. Returns registered via our portal are processed more quickly.

Return conditions
- The item must be unworn, in new condition as received, and with original tags/original shoe box or packaging
- Proof of purchase, packinglist .
- Please re-use the shipping box your purchase arrived in.

Returns are reviewed by our warehouse, Allbids Benelux reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions.

If your return is fly ready and purchased from online please click the button below to process your return.

If you purchased your item in store at one of our reseller please contact the point of purchase. We are not able to accept or handle returns purchased at reseller location.

Return timeframe
Once your pair(s) arrive back at our warehouse within 3-5 business days of arrival, we will process your return and you will recive an email confirmation. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your credit refund.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges
We are not able to offer exchanges of orders during the return shipment or the order process. If you want the same product in a different size or color, we advise you to place a new order. We can not guarantee that stock will be available when you place a new order. Note that you have 30 days to return an item.
